DECEMBER YOUTH ART CLASSES:
Holiday Ornaments and Gifts (THREE SATURDAYS IN DECEMBER)
About this class:
Tis the season to make winter art! We will be making festive items and ornaments for the holidays. The projects are fun, and make great gifts for family! New projects planned! See classes and dates below.
There is some flexibility with class age requirement. If you have siblings that would like to be in the same class, email or text Jeannette to inquire.

Building Drawing Skills (Ages: 7-12 yrs)
Wednesdays: January 14, 21, 28, February 11, 18
(5 sessions, NO class on Feb. 4th)

About this class:
This class starts with a focus on learning and practicing basic drawing skills and observation skills. Students will get a lot of drawing practice and move into some color. A variety of drawing materials will be used, such as pencil, charcoal, markers, chalk, etc. Practicing drawing techniques will improve drawing and painting ability. This class will benefit students of all levels of drawing skill, from beginner forward. For students who want to keep developing drawing and painting skills, this class will be offered on an ongoing basis throughout the year. Class limited to 10 students.

Exploring Art Media (Ages 5 - 11 yrs)
THURSDAYS: January 15, 22, 29, Feb 12, 19

About this class:
This class introduces students to different art materials each week, such as pencil, markers, paint, clay, glue, craft items, collage materials, and more. This is a great class for young artists to try a variety of art tools, be creative, make fun art projects while building art skills. Exploring Art Media is offered several times throughout the year with the priority of providing new and engaging projects each session, so returning students are encouraged to register!
Class is limited to 10 students.

NEW ADULT ART CLASSES:
BEGINNING DRAWING FOR ADULTS (morning or evening class available)
About this class:
Interested in learning drawing skills, or building the skills you already have? In this class you will learn about drawing tools and supplies, learn drawing techniques and tricks, strengthen your observation skills, and have fun drawing in a low-stress class with others. This is a great class to interject some creative time into your week. Class meets once a week for 8 sessions, and is two hours in length. Homework will be given to add drawing practice. Practicing drawing techniques will improve drawing and painting ability. Come join the fun and register for Beginning Drawing! Class limited to 8 students.
